We believe the relationship doesn’t end when the bat leaves our hands.

Every bat we make carries our name, and we believe that means standing behind it. Cricket bats are made from natural materials and, however carefully they are crafted, issues can sometimes arise. When they do, we believe in being honest, open and straightforward about putting things right.

Every Dynasty bat comes with a 6-month warranty as standard, with repairs carried out free of charge within that period where a fault is covered.

But after sales care is about more than a warranty. It’s about being there when you need us. As an independent batmaker, we can offer a level of personal service that can be difficult to find with larger manufacturers. You’re not just a customer number or a warranty claim, you can speak directly to the people behind the bat.

We make every bat as though it’s our own. We believe looking after it should be no different.
